They were patient and helpful with me coordinating pickup. This truck happened to be a local trade which had been serviced at their dealership. They provided me maintenance records and they seemed to have done a good job servicing the vehicle. i look forward to owning this vehicle for years to come and would recommend Coyle Chevrolet. I made an appointment and was advised I should hear something back within 3 hours. I never heard anything back. No phone call No text with 9 hours. Once mechanic look over, I still didnt get a formal call to decide what services is recommended to do first since it was a big job... I just decided to pick up vehicle. It may be a while before I bring my vehicle back due to the unprofessionalism and bad communication More
