most inefficient service and sales force i have ever encountered. Made an appointment for 1 hr service didn’t start until after 11/2 hrs. Was set to buy a car for 1000 made a appointment for that Friday to pick it up after a test drive. On Thursday I was told a 190,000 mile car was no longer 1000 but almost 6000. As of today 12-08-2021 my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado has been at Coyles Service Center for one week. I dropped it off Wednesday evening for the scheduled appointment Thursday at 7am. I called and left sever been at Coyles Service Center for one week. I dropped it off Wednesday evening for the scheduled appointment Thursday at 7am. I called and left several messages for Waun which is supposed to be the person in charge of my vehicle getting fixed. The receptionist informed us Monday according to their computer our vehicle has not under gone diagnostic testing. Then yesterday, Tuesday, I called demanding someone at least call me back to give me an update on my truck. Waun said they was covered up and he didn’t work Monday. A woman called and asked about the situation and I explained everything to her. Now, this morning I have called Coyles twice and left messages no answer again. The Coyles Collision Center has already been paid around $3000 to repair body work and we was also going to buy a Chevrolet ZR2 as soon as they become available, but not now. This dealership definitely the lowest in customer satisfaction. Horrible service! More

Scheduled a test drive. Was told the vehicle I was interested in would be ready. My family and I left out on the 2hr+ drive to get there. They also use the vehicles your looking at for personal uses and you are expected to just deal with it. Take the advice of this Disabled Veteran. Take your time and money somewhere it is appreciated. These guys obviously do not care. I was willing to drive 2hr+ to look at a car they had. You should be willing to drive 2hrs away from this place to get the service you deserve. They have lost a definite sale, any future sales, any advertising on their behalf. And gained a plethora of bad recommendations and comments across the internet for it. They will never receive a dime of my families money. More
