Noah was a pleasure to work with and highly knowledgeable about the different vehicles we were inquiring about. The only negative part of the experience was with the finance person. She seemed to only check about the different vehicles we were inquiring about. The only negative part of the experience was with the finance person. She seemed to only check one bank when we inquired and acted as if she found the best interest rate. Later we learned there would have been lower interest rates through another bank. She also would not move on when we said no to the extended warranty. She only discussed the options through payments and was not up front about how much it actually added to the loan amount. We had to finally pick an option before she would move on. We were close to leaving and not going through with the deal. More

Was not forthcoming with us when we asked them about the blower issue. We found cardboard air fresheners in the vents to cover up an existing smell. We had to remove them.
