Even with professional representation, this was hands-down the worst car-buying experience of my life. Crabtree Lexus appeared determined to take advantage of the customer at every opportunity — unfortunately not unusual in today's manufacturer/dealer model — but what set this dealership apart was a level of incompetence that was truly stunning. My strong advice to anyone considering a purchase here: retain a lawyer from the outset and keep meticulous notes and records of every step of the transaction. More
