I was very happy with the courteous service that I received and the staff's efforts to find me the colors and options that I was seeking. My 2013 was my first Lexus, after four Acuras, and was the best car I ever owned for all of the 110,000 miles I put on it. When I had my 11-year-old grandson in the car at around 100,000 miles, he asked me if I had bought a brand new car. I am looking forward to enjoying my new hybrid model. More

Exceptional Car Buying Experience I have bought many cars over the years, a couple of them brands on par with Lexus. The car buying experiences in the past can’t come close to how gre I have bought many cars over the years, a couple of them brands on par with Lexus. The car buying experiences in the past can’t come close to how great this experience was. I have always dreaded buying a car, this was the first time I can say it was enjoyable. I had looked at the cars on the lot a couple of times, once during normal hours and once on the weekend. I was asked if I needed help, but not pressured and allowed to look on my own. I then sent in a request for information online and received a call the next morning from Kaitlin McDermott. She was very professional and helpful and arranged for me to come do a test drive that day. I was greeted by Anthony Faustini who was wonderful to work with. He showed me a few of the cars I was interested and we test drove two of them. He gave me factual and informative information about the cars that helped me decide what was best for me. I was able to pick the car up without a hitch, Crystal Carrano was great and brought all of the papers to me to sign. The car is amazing, I love driving it! To make this process more memorable was the timing of it, during Covid - 19. I still have not actually gone inside the dealership and it was interesting doing all of these transactions with face masks on! More
