Can't inflate tired correctly, no accountability They picked up my car for routine service including tire rotation. Emailed to complain, after some time they offered to pick the car up again to adjust the pressure. Thanks, but I'll pass. If they can't inflate tired to spec, what would you trust them to do? More

Replacement of daylight running lights I've had problems with the daylight running lights (DRL) on my 2012 Tahoe. Have had to have them replaced 3-4 times. McDermott was able to replace the DRL due to a bad bulb free of charge. Too bad Chevrolet made the replacement of a light so difficult (remove inside wheel guard, loosen top grill, and lower bumper. Over an hour of labor to replace one bulb. McDermott broached the subject with a factory rep and was told "It is only a light bulb". Too bad Chevrolet factory reps didn't care as much as the service staff at McDermott. Thanks service! More
