Qiick and efficient I purchased 3 new vehicles at this dealership. The first time I had a few issues that had more to do with an individual rather than the dealership. Another issue was resolved after a few attempts and again, at the service desk , I haven't seen that person there in some time. Most recently, in the last few years, I've been treated with respect and concern by all. I enjoy speaking with my salesman Ralph S, and the people at the service desk are always kind and respectful. They show care and concern for my situations when they come up. I intend to continue using McDermott Chevrolet in the future for service and future vehicle purchases. More

Diasappointed customer I recently brought my car in to have my air bag replaced after the re-call. I have been a customer of McDermott Lexus for 17 years, and this is the 5th car, I had serviced here. The last two times I brought the car in, the condition my car was unsatisfactory when returned to me. I am staring to wonder if I am a valued customer.
