Service Department Review I had a problem with my dash mounted DVD player and my key fob broke. The DVD player needed a software update and the key fob had to be coded to my 20 I had a problem with my dash mounted DVD player and my key fob broke. The DVD player needed a software update and the key fob had to be coded to my 2012 Tahoe. Both were done within a half hour as a customer wait and covered under the vehicle warranty. My Grandchild want to thank the service staff, as they can once again watch their Bubble Guppies on the TV. More
