I have finally received the service I wish I would have gotten weeks ago. The seat belt was fixed, the extra key I was told I would have to pay for was given to me at no charge along with the remote, the seats and the outside of the vehicle were cleaned and they filled up my gas tank. I'm only sorry it took a bad review and 6 weeks to finally conclude the sale. One other observation/warning: READ the bill of sale, if you're told you get free road side service, its actually free for $137. I didn't need it, want it, or ask for it. I've been a member of AAA since 1982 and is/was very satisified with their service. My fault . . .I should have read all the paperwork that was being put in front of me - and believe me, there was a lot of it. I was asked if I would consider resubmitting my review once everything was done so here it is, for bette or for worse. You be the judge.

You have balls I must say that.i am not removing anything till I get my check. In the end I will get my money no matter what if it takes 1 day or 100 days so I am not worried about that. You have no right to hold my money.Every thing i wrote was 100% true. You are wrong for holding my money. You keep the check I have a feeling I will end up getting more from you in the end or you'll lose more business.Anyway I will just do a charge back with my credit card company and I will leave the complaints in place as well as add this exchange for the record, so in the end I get my money ,you lose business and you made an enemy out of someone who will spend every day bashing your dealership online to any and everyone who will listen. You must think this is some kind of game.At every point your dealership has systemically been dishonest and predatory.you have MY MONEY but I have to remove my honest reviews to get MY money back after you have held my money 2 weeks. Return the money or don't return it you will in the end the question is how much money and business will you lose. I will go back to bashing you online now that I know you too are a liar too. I don't trust you or anything you say so complaints coming down based on your word is not gonna happen, And I am adding the text from our conversation so everyone can see happy customers are not whats important but keeping your dishonest business practices are. I never was holding your check hostage until you did so, I myself expedited getting your check refunded and these negative reviews affect my job so I would please ask you to follow through on what you said as I have done so for you.

County Line Mitsubishi - Suzuki has processed a refund request for Mr. Joseph C. Crudup and strongly refutes his slanderous review. As a company with over 40 years experience in the community, we take immense pride in handling every customer properly and we are especially proud of the respect we show our customers like Mr. Crudup that participate in our credit rehabilitation program. County Line provided several different options to Mr. Crudup and each had varying restrictions based only on his ability to borrow and not on County Line's refusal to help. County Line acts only as a conduit to lenders and finance rates and bank fees are based on customer's credit ratings and not an arbitrary decision by the dealership. County Line would never want any consumer to purchase a vehicle they are not pleased with or at a price with which they are not satisfied. We contend that Mr. Crudup's statements are out of frustration from his limited borrowing power due to his delinquent credit history and that he has tried to make our dealership that thrives philanthropically and at the highest levels of customer satisfaction a convenient and undeserving scapegoat. We stand willing to assist Mr. Crudup at any time, but expect the same level of respect we have offered him. Mr. Crudup's deposit was refunded and handled with swift efficiency despite his threats of blackmail and continued slander. Despite the fact that we did no wrong to Mr. Crudup, and his word that he would remove all the slanderous reviews he wrote of us online, he has not lived up to his end of the bargain. We wish him luck in the future securing any sort of financing.
