They lie to get the sale and after the documents are singed They sold me a car that had suffer an accident (Not reported on Car Facts) and when I asked why the trunk wasn't working properly, they took advantage They sold me a car that had suffer an accident (Not reported on Car Facts) and when I asked why the trunk wasn't working properly, they took advantage of my limited vehicle knowledge and lack of experience and told me that it wasn't an accident it was a defect and the vehicle warranty would cover it. In conclusion, warranty didn't cover it, and when I approached them about the situation, they stated it was my problem. I purchased the car at the Dixie location with Jerry - Who communicated with me very effectively while selling the car but I was not able to reach him there after. He never returned my call and the dealership manager was the one who said it wasn't on them because the accident wasn't reported even though a mechanic could clearly see what happened to the car. I spend about 30K on purchasing a car that's not worth 18K. I would not recommend them at all. Great service at first, but you are not getting good cars even if it looks like you are. More
My credit is less than perfect but they still got us financing at the payment we could afford. There was no high pressure and the owner even came out to thank us and played with our dog. Best used car selection in town! They have the cleanest, nicest, selection in the state of Kentucky! They defintley know what they are doing. I shopped several used car dealers, before I found these guys an nicest, selection in the state of Kentucky! They defintley know what they are doing. I shopped several used car dealers, before I found these guys and I'm so glad I did. Most dealers didn't even have their cars in presentable condition. This place is awesome, I will defintley go back again! More
These guys are great! I recently purchased a 2011 Mazda3 from these guys. I had been shopping for a Mazda3 for several weeks, when I finally found this one. I saw the car on their website, and around 2 and from these guys. I had been shopping for a Mazda3 for several weeks, when I finally found this one. I saw the car on their website, and around 2 and a half hours later I ws driving the exact car I wanted home. My payment was exactly what I wanted it to be, and they have been really cool since the purchase too. They've checked in a few times just to make sure I understood the options, and the to see if I needed anything. That's super cool! I love these guys and highly recommend them! More
My first interaction with C&L was not the best experience. I was not happy with the way I was treated or the car that I purchased (read previous review 12/2/20110. After voicing my displeasure, I experience. I was not happy with the way I was treated or the car that I purchased (read previous review 12/2/20110. After voicing my displeasure, I was able to have a face to face meeting with the owner and I found him to be an open and honorable man. I know that C&L has recently added locations and that during the expansion some things may have need a little improvement. I will let all of that go and only focus on my "second experience". I want to be clear that I would give my "second chance" with C&L a 5 of 5 if it hadn't not been a "second chance". I test drove a 2007 MB C230 w/38K , the car needed a few slight tweaks to bring it up to standard. I had the car reviewed and inspected from an independent third party and all was well. I asked the GM Matt Storm to address the "tweaks" , balancing, tires, sticky caliper, etc. When I came back to test drive the car after my recommended changes ...it was set up near perfect! I have driven the car now for a week and it appears to be both well maintained and in good mechanical order. Given my previous displeasure, C&L was very co-operative in getting me a second MB key (this can be a real pain and expensive), they were also extremely helpful in working out the revised warranty and auto loan. I want to thank Matt S. from Crestwood, Todd Weeks from Crestwood sales, Dana from Finance and Joey Craig for fixing what could have been a very unpleasant situation and dealing with me in a fair manner. I'm very happy, I would recommend these guys now that I have had a chance to deal with them face to face. Ed McQ. More
Probably the single worst experience of my life. They sold me a car that cleared their auto check but failed on a car fax 4 days later. They took the car back and allowed me to spend another 10 grand on sold me a car that cleared their auto check but failed on a car fax 4 days later. They took the car back and allowed me to spend another 10 grand on a different car. so all I can say buyer beware these guys are dishonest. They will tell you the gap insurance is part of the loan and then you find out is a 500 to 700 fee that they keep. Bunch of very poor excuses for humans no morality what so ever. I will never cross their door again. Do not spend your money at Craig and Landreth. Unless you like being treated like crap. They even sent me a birthday wish mail that says hope you are enjoying your new car the one that was a piece of cra^. Thanks for the salt in the wound. More
