Worst experience ever. Salesman was untrained and it took four hours to complete the sale. Oscar, the finance guy, would not take no for an answer to extended warranty. The second key was nowhere to be found requiring a return trip that lasted an hour and a half for the key to be produced. Missing parts (trunk pakage tray and underbody panel), mismatched tires, and unreported suspension and muffler hanger damage that impeded a trailer hitch installation. Sales manager Nick would do nothing to address any of these issues. Avoid Crain Buixk GMC at all costs. More

How can you not find records of a vehicle that was purchase and been in shop there three different times. Tells me if you can't fix it you avoid it.
