A very pleasant buying experience I purchased this car over the internet and phone. I was in Florida at the time and needed to get the purchase completed in one day. Mark was very upfront throughout the entire process. I was not familiar with how the sales tax was paid in Arkansas so when we discussed the "out the door price I assumed the dales tax was included. When I discussed this with Mark he was quick to get the tax included in the agreed to price. I had a similiar experience with "Gap" insurance and the finance manager was able to work that cost in as well. Great job! More
