New car engine lock The wonderfully inept auto technician forgot to put oil in the car during it's second oil change. Only 9k miles on a brand new Tuscon and now engine l The wonderfully inept auto technician forgot to put oil in the car during it's second oil change. Only 9k miles on a brand new Tuscon and now engine lock had my girlfriend stranded in Conway. The car got towed to another dealership where it sits now, and will never run the same again. Oh, and that's after being overcharged for said oil change, which Crain initially refused to remedy until I called corporate who set them straight. Hopefully another call to corporate will yield similar results. More
