Our new car had a check engine light come on before we even got to leave with it. We were told it would take 2-3 days to drain the fuel tank, clean, refill, and change fuel filter. We left the dealership even got to leave with it. We were told it would take 2-3 days to drain the fuel tank, clean, refill, and change fuel filter. We left the dealership in a loaner. We were contacted less than 2 hrs later saying our car was ready. We were 80 miles from the dealership. The next morning, we returned to the dealership and picked up our new car. We live just over 100 miles from this dealership. The car ran great until I pulled over to drop off my brother about 9 miles from my home. When I pulled back out onto the road, the car would barely pull itself. I pulled over, shut the engine off, then restarted it. Now the car was running fine again. My wife wanted to drive the car but it was again barely pulling itself. This time, it threw a code of PO75800 which is about the transmission. The next day, the car was picked up and a loaner delivered on a truck. Today, I talked to the service manager who stated that the fuel tank would need to be drained. This was supposed to have been done 2 days ago. He was not aware of the code on the car or a transmission problem. So this is day #4 Thursday and we bought the car on Monday. We have no idea what is wrong with it and when it will be repaired. We are not happy. More
In scheduling service for my car, it was made easier in that it was picked up at a good time and was returned on the completion of the service at a good time. I did not have to get out of the house on thi that it was picked up at a good time and was returned on the completion of the service at a good time. I did not have to get out of the house on this day. Very thankful for this service. If I had to take it to the dealership, I might have had to sit for the entire time of service, which could have been very tiring. More
