Poor service rep. Wasted my time. Tried to talk me into extra service which I declined. He kept on trying to talk me into the extra service, and gave me two figures: $ Wasted my time. Tried to talk me into extra service which I declined. He kept on trying to talk me into the extra service, and gave me two figures: $117 or $425. I said I want the lower one. He said, "You want $117?" to which I said, "Yes." My $329. When I handed the cashier my debit card I couldn't believe the amount, but I didn't argue with the service rep because he was already chattering to the cashier, who was annoyed with him. BTW, no car wash or vacuuming was performed on my car. More
