Very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The car bought was just as requested and the salesman noticed a finger print and sent it back again to get detailed the cleanliness of the facility. Service department was accommodating to get my oil change done in a timely manner. I appreciate the vacuum and car wash also. The price was a shock, but I am sure since I was there this week , that next wee done in a timely manner. I appreciate the vacuum and car wash also. With the shortage of vehicular there was some confusion on getting a vehicular that I wanted. After two days we were able to locate and close the deal. Friendly but dishonest about warranty and price of the kia carnival. The auto was way over the manufactures recommended price and then they claim that kia 60000 warranty does not cover everything and tha kia carnival.
