Since you are disappointed with the detail on your Used - 2024 KIA Sportage, please contact me and we will schedule a time for you to get another detail. Also, we offer free car washes to our Sales Customers. Drive in to our Service Department, at your convenience, to get your vehicle washed. I spoke with you 5-5-25 regarding your vehicle not having a spare tire. You and Micah (Salesman) discussed the spare tire was missing from this Used 2024 Sportage. It was a mutual agreement between you and Micah that you still wanted to purchase the vehicle after discussing the spare tire. You stated to me in our conversation, "I agreed to purchase the vehicle without the spare tire because I was tired and wanted to leave". I offered to get an estimate on a spare tire for you from our Parts Department or let you speak with Parts, and you refused.
