Waited 2 hours for an “express” oil change. I had an appt and was on time. Have to use them for warranty, otherwise I wouldn’t. Two female employees saw me pacing and saw my car was done, but nobody had tol and was on time. Have to use them for warranty, otherwise I wouldn’t. Two female employees saw me pacing and saw my car was done, but nobody had told me. They checked me out and got my keys. This has happened twice. I don’t understand taking appointments if they’re meaningless. I expect to wait an hour as I have done in the past. But 2 hours— and would have been longer if that woman hadn’t seen me pacing—is too long for an “express” oil change. More

Came in to ha e my oil change, and Andrew service advisor came out and greeted me, nice friendly man. Asked questions about my car, had she been giving me any problems. None.... He checked tires air filter came out and greeted me, nice friendly man. Asked questions about my car, had she been giving me any problems. None.... He checked tires air filters and even checked if it had any updates or recalls on her. None were need. Then washed and vacuumed the in side. Great experience. James Johnson More
