Bad service oil change I was very disappointed this time! I have been coming here for years always called by name and greeted upon arrival! This time it was an all new staff I was very disappointed this time! I have been coming here for years always called by name and greeted upon arrival! This time it was an all new staff and no greeted me, I had to walk into the service and tell them I was there for service! For a simple oil change I waited almost TWO HOURS with no update! I had to go inquire about my car and then I was told “oh yeah let me invoice cause your ready”! My car was completely dry from the car wash which let me know it had been finished for sometime, then I had to walk through the service bay to my car waiting outside! I have never! My car has always been brought to me and was ready to go immediately after service! I was very unhappy with the cut rate service received this time, not sure that I want to return to this KIA!! Bring back the old people that knew what good service was about! More

I made an appointment online for an oil change and it still took 2 hours. They did wash the outside, but didn’t vacuum it. The service was still good, but didn’t have the value that I had seen in the past. More
