I’ve bought 2 vehicles from Crain Kia in Conway and it’s always a good experience. They had my truck delivered from Fayetteville and detailed for me before I ever got to the dealership. I always get a good deal here and the salespeople are likable and professional. If there are any negatives I will say I was a little disappointed that there were a few questions about the truck I had that nobody seemed to know, but I’ll attribute that to timing and the fact that the truck was 3 hours away and I came to try to buy it almost immediately. Purchased a used Chevy Sonic with 117000 miles the week of May 1, on May 8 the check engine light came on while driving on the highway, my wife immediately drove to dealership service department, explained of May 1, on May 8 the check engine light came on while driving on the highway, my wife immediately drove to dealership service department, explained that I bought the car a week ago, out of desperation because our previous vehicle, a 2016 Kia Soul, which had an attempted burglary, had been sitting at your dealership for over a week awaiting repair. When my wife arrived at the dealership with the sonic today she had lost wages by having to go to the dealership and be treated like she owed to have them repair something that was wrong with a car I purchased a week ago. A week! She was told it was unsafe to drive and the tab was $700 something (almost 800) to get it fixed. The service team ignored her for an hour and told her they didnt have a loaner car and gave her a ride home, where she had to call Uber for a ride to work. I had to leave work in russellvilllle and drive to Maumelle and get her from work. We came back to the dealership in the evening where Randy and His manager reassured me that we had no worries and they would take care of us. I dont have my car or a time line on when my car will be finished. The sales person Randy gave me a car to drive around and your sales team ks great, but the whole thing with the service department has me worked up. Not even a week and it is unsafe to drive? I am not even sure if I want the xxxx thing now but then I have to go back to the dealership, my trust was lost but I dont need to loose more of my precious time.I would hope that the car is not going to be a problem but I have a bad feeling and dont feel confident in my purchase at all. We will see what transpires over the next few days. I will not be recommending Crain Service team for anything in the future. The most disturbing part of this is the fact that we are repeat customers. But, are very dissatisfied with the treatment this time around. More
