- M. J. S.I have used Crain Kia of Conway several times in the past. It wasn't anything special, but I was always satisfied with my service. This time was a different experience. The girl we had as our "service advisor" seemed a little out of it. Maybe she was new, but instead of asking others for help with questions she didn't know the answer to, she would "Uh... Um... I'm sure it is fine..." her way through the conversation. Even doing the initial paperwork she was ready to send us off on our shuttle without any information from us (maybe it was in the computer?) and without our car key. (important!) When we got back after our car was serviced, another man helped us, he was quick and professional, took our money. Much better. When I asked for our key, he wasn't sure where it was, started looking, and then our girl "service advisor" walked back up. She says there is a problem, our battery tested as bad, and our car wouldn't start when she tried to move it. Basically she informs me I have to buy a new battery before I can even leave. I told her our car has never had a problem starting. Ever. It seemed like a strange coincidence that it would suddenly go bad, and told her I wanted to try myself before I spent anymore money on a battery. When I got to my car, key left in the ignition, I found the handle that pops the trunk laying on the dash. It had been broken off and just thrown up there. The girl wasn't sure what it was, or how it got there. Meanwhile, miracle of miracles, my car just fired right up when I turned the key. I was furious by this point. She found someone from the service department that said it would have taken a lot of force for someone to yank the hood handle off like that, but it wasn't him and by this point our service advisor girl was mostly just looking vacant and obviously wishing we would just leave. The service guy pushed our handle back on (still looks like it may just fall off at any time) and we left. For three days I have said I plan on never going back to the Conway dealership ever again. Maybe they just had a bad day. I feel they may just have a bad employee. Either way, they are by far the closest place for me to have my car serviced. It sucks. That is all.

- KARIBETHCrain Kia had my car for 4 months waiting on parts!! When they finally got the part when they started working on my car they called and said I needed my transmission flushed 4 new tires and an alignment. I knew this needed to be done but declined to have them do it for me so when they finally got my engine back in now my ac was not working which it was working when the car quit running I told them this and I was told I couldn’t prove that it was working cause nothing worked when they got the car because the engine had quit?!?!? I also know if they didn’t plug the lines good when they pulled my engine and moisture got in there in the 4 months my engine was out that is what likely caused the compressor to lock up. Hey hey ran this under my extended warranty because they said it wasn’t their fault but just like you hey said I couldn’t prove it was working they couldn’t prove they didn’t do it either but I am the one who had to pay for it!!!! When they finally got my car fixed and I went to pick it up there was absolutely no gas in my car( not that there was much in there when it broke down but the miles to empty would not even register 1 mile to go so I had to hope and pray I made it to the gas station which I did thankfully I turned my car off to put gas in it and when I cranked it back up my radio would not come back on!!! I went back to Crain Kia of Conway and asked hem what happened and the answer I got was well it worked when you left!!!! Welll I had been gone for 5 mins!!!!!!!!! Basically again I was told they didn’t do anything to mess with my radio just like they didn’t do anything to my ac and that it wasn’t their problem I will never use Crain Kia and will definitely try to talk anyone I know out of using them
