Friendly however they are not functional with time. I had an appointment time scheduled for 0800 hours. my vehicle was not brought into a bay until 0843 hours. I arrived early as well (0725 hours), due I had an appointment time scheduled for 0800 hours. my vehicle was not brought into a bay until 0843 hours. I arrived early as well (0725 hours), due to having to be somewhere at 0930 hours. I had to advise them not to work on my car (mind you, I was just getting an oil change). I was told to come back afterwards, and they would put me in the front of the line. After I finished my other errand, I observed the time was almost 1245 hours. I called them and had to schedule another appointment the next day at 0730 hours. the next day, it was good service and fast. would be five stars if they would offer something, due to having to pay for gas to come back a second time/ second day to just get an oil change. The only reason I am writing this review is because this is now the second time getting horrible service. The first time was an appointment set for 0730 hours (Oil Change again) and due to the manager being in town and had a meeting with their techs, my vehicle did not get worked on and I sat at the dealership until 1145 hours for a oil change. I missed my lunch plans. (Recommendation for this, don't schedule meetings during usually morning appts/ rush). Mr. York was professional, and I respect him, the first time was not his fault. Mr. York is a wonderful guy. More
