Wonderful services. I work overnight so I drop my car off in the mornings with instructions written on the envelope provided in the drop box. I was able to pay for my services over the phone and since want going to make it before the service department closed they left my paperwork and keys with someone at the front desk. More
Communication is not great. My checkout receipt said things were completed that clearly were not. There's not really a point in making an appointment because no one checks. Brian the NEW service manager is bomb.com. He had a smile on his face and was willing to listening and help from the moment our car was pulled into the bay. He kept in contact with us throughout.
