Mr. German, thank you for your Review, we can’t improve if we don’t hear from you, Our Customer. Mr. Brian Lowrey, Service Manager has discussed these issues a couple of times with you and he scheduled a time to pick up your car the following day and performed the oil change and serviced your car properly, no oil leaks and no issues. We did not ignore your note, but we could not go outside The Crain Commitment of 5000 miles or 5 months for your next oil change because this would VOID your Warranty. Your request to set the miles at 10,000 or 7 month intervals will not be set up due to your warranty being voided.

That is understandable, I wasn't aware of that. But what about the vacuum and wash? I also asked to contacted if something needed to be change like the engine and cabin filter. I would have had that done but instead I found out later. It's all good, I don't expect perfection.

Crain Kia of Conway responded

You received your Crain KIA Multi Point Inspection Report that indicates your Cabin Air Filter and Engine Air Cleaner was in the yellow, which is good. We will not change any filter unless it is in the red, which is bad. This MPI is your report card on your vehicle and will be given to you at each visit. Our car wash is for small cars (KIA's) and trucks can be damaged when in the wash bay. We should have vacuumed the vehicle and would be glad to do this at your convenience.

So I think what the real issue is a lack of communication. If someone would have told me all of that, I'd be fine.

I like this dealership! Very friendly and comfortable in the waiting area. They don't follow you around when you are there for service. There are refreshments and drinks, too. More
