Great, thorough maintenance on my Kia Sorento I always have great customer service at Crain Kia. They always do a very thorough check of my vehicle and I feel confident trusting them with my vehic I always have great customer service at Crain Kia. Slowest Service EVER!!! The first time I brought my vehicle in I was told it would be an hour to diagnose the problem. Almost 2 hours later it wasn't finished. I finally had to tell someone I had to leave and go to an appointment in 20 min. After that they decided they needed to order a part. Part was ordered and I never received a call that it was in. When I took it in for repair it took 2 days before it was ready after telling me it would be about an hour again! Neither times did the service dept wash or vacuum my vehicle! Absolute terrible service!!! More
