Customer care was good dropped my KIA off before 8 for oil change and service as advertised. It as ready for pick up by 930. When I returned aft 5 pm the counter lady staye dropped my KIA off before 8 for oil change and service as advertised. It as ready for pick up by 930. I gave me the run around when I needed a service performed for a car I had purchased LESS than a month before. Finance manager RICH MOORE was extremely rude about the problem and gave me a hassle about getting me a rental to get to work while they repaired my vehicle , I will not be a customer anymore with them . luckily my warranty was still in effect because they did the bare minimum with poor customer service included .
