Above & Beyond Exceptional Treatment!!! As a widow, the thought of buying a new car alone, was a terrifying thought to me. I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle when I ran into one As a widow, the thought of buying a new car alone, was a terrifying thought to me. I had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle when I ran into one of your employees, Chad Beamer, at a local gas station & was so impressed by his knowledge & professionalism that I was willing to take a chance & asked for one of his cards. I contacted him via text shortly after & explained that due to unforeseen circumstance-my credit had taken some hits. He assured me that he would do everything possible to assist me & we scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. However, I had little optimism that anything positive would come from our meeting & I would be leaving with another rejection or with an unaffordable down payment. Reluctantly, I arrived at the dealership & was greeted by Chad. He immediately made me feel comfortable & at ease with his very charismatic personality & lack of pressure towards a sale. When we went for a test drive-I was originally looking at less expensive pre-owned vehicle-but I was floored when it was a new vehicle!! I’ve never ever even taken a new vehicle for a test drive let alone possibly own one-was just something I had accepted was never something I’d have in life!! However, that is no longer true!! Chad, Paul & Chris were all amazing!!
