Highly impressed with the customer service The engine in my Kia Soul went out on our way to Fayetteville which is 4 hours away from our hometown. After having my car towed to Crain Kia of Fayet The engine in my Kia Soul went out on our way to Fayetteville which is 4 hours away from our hometown. After having my car towed to Crain Kia of Fayetteville they were extremely helpful and accommodating while we waited on warranty to approve the work needed and for a rental car. They kept us updated the entire time we were there. After we left they kept us updated every week on where the progress was at on my car. Once they received my engine it was no time at all before we were able to have it back in our possession. I would highly recommend their service department whether you need an oil change or a new engine. More
