Not what I asked for Went in for a Respec of the computer system and the service department did several other unreqested (but still paid for) services but after 2 hours in Went in for a Respec of the computer system and the service department did several other unreqested (but still paid for) services but after 2 hours in the waiting room finally checked out WITHOUT the respecing ever being done... and now the service light has come on again. Very upset at service!!! More

Monem took his time to find the best vehicle for me, then Travis and Terry both took the time to find the very best interest rate and made sure that all the features I asked for, such as GAP, tire coverage and warranty was covered in a payment that was just over my budget, but still very doable. This was a totally different experience than the last time I purchased a vehicle from another dealership in the area that will remain nameless.
