I went to the dealership on Monday, June 8, 2020 for an

The tires that I had on looked blacker and newer than the ones that were put back on. I stopped at a tire shop before I took the car in to Crain KIA to have my tread measured. I had 7/32 and 8/32 tread. Trevor said my tires measured 6/32 and 7/32 when I was about to leave the service department.. I took my car into the tire shop that inspected my tires before and he said I had 6/32 and 7/32 tread depth. Trevor also closed the garage door when he pulled my car into the garage. The other two doors were open with vehicles inside. The temperature was 85 degrees outside. That also puts a damper on things since the garage door was closed. They also took one box from me which had two gallons of milk in it, cottage cheese, sour cream, french onion dip, and cream cheese.. We need honest and truthful employees.
I had also bought a car from Crain KIA Fayetteville in 2019 and still wasn't treated fair.
