I went to the dealership on Monday, June 8, 2020 for an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. Trevor Batlle, the service advisor pulled my car into the shop. My tires were switched on me oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. Trevor Batlle, the service advisor pulled my car into the shop. My tires were switched on me. The tires that I had on looked blacker and newer than the ones that were put back on. I stopped at a tire shop before I took the car in to Crain KIA to have my tread measured. I had 7/32 and 8/32 tread. Trevor said my tires measured 6/32 and 7/32 when I was about to leave the service department.. I took my car into the tire shop that inspected my tires before and he said I had 6/32 and 7/32 tread depth. Trevor also closed the garage door when he pulled my car into the garage. The other two doors were open with vehicles inside. The temperature was 85 degrees outside. That also puts a damper on things since the garage door was closed. They also took one box from me which had two gallons of milk in it, cottage cheese, sour cream, french onion dip, and cream cheese.. We need honest and truthful employees. I had also bought a car from Crain KIA Fayetteville in 2019 and still wasn't treated fair. More

I had always loved the Edge and had wanted to test drive one. Crain Kia has always done my oil changes with my old car and it was time for a oil change so while there, we went and looked at the Edge. I fell in love with it and Crain was able to work with what I wanted my payment and helper us out so much. I highly recommend Crain for all services! Thank you, The Greens More

Pleased I am very please with the service we receive at Crain Kia. We started using their service department when it was still Superior Kia and have continued I am very please with the service we receive at Crain Kia.
