Where should I start come monday February the 12th they will have had my car 6 weeks . After 4 weeks they finally put a transmission in it now mind you when we took it to them the issue was when you apply will have had my car 6 weeks . After 4 weeks they finally put a transmission in it now mind you when we took it to them the issue was when you apply the brakes it was making a popping sound. Week one of it being there they couldn’t hear the sound so I drove over and duplicated it for them waited 2 more weeks they were waiting to hear from tech line. Then before they heard back from tech line I called over to see if they had heard anything and they told me I could pick up my car because nothing was wrong with it. Then I called customer service and they got with them and sent testing to them and then I needed a transmission and now Transmission is in and still making the same sounds as when first taken but now we are being told that it’s just a characteristic of the car and we’re told to come pick the car up because I’m to demand and cussed them . Now keep in mind if they want to say I’m demanding then I’ll own that because I did say I expect a call back before 6 pm but I’ve not even used a cuss word to them let alone cussed them out. Communication there sucks and has been super frustrating this entire experience. All we had asked was for them to keep us updated and what was going on and they couldn’t do that but again I was demanding for saying I expect a call before their department closed. We will be picking the car up tomorrow with the same issues as taken there for and I will never do busy there ever and I do mean ever again . None of the staff expect the exception of Jamie in finance and Ricky as sales manager don’t care including the general manager that I’ve asked to call me two different times give a two rips . I wanted to do business locally but it looks like I will take my business elsewhere from now on . I really wish this situation could have been handled differently but it seems they really don’t care. this place is a joke. had an issue with my clear coat on a brand new telluride and they say its not covered under warranty due to it being from impact. there's a tiny scr had an issue with my clear coat on a brand new telluride and they say its not covered under warranty due to it being from impact. there's a tiny scratch from a rock or bug hitting it but because it happens to be where the clear coat is peeling they wont warranty it. the clear coat blew off while i was washing the car. took it to a body shop and they told me the clear coat looks wrong and shouldn't flake like it is. its either poor product or poor application. i've purchased 5 vehicles from crain and 3 of those were brand new vehicles from crain kia in the past 2 years. they don't give a xxxx about your loyalty or even try to talk to you about it. as soon as you try to fight it they just pass you off till you give up. not one manager reached out. they'll get your money and then they don't care. xxxx i even serviced the vehicles here. it takes 4 hours to get an oil change. run away and take your loyalty elsewhere because they won't reciprocate it. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. You will get the “run around”, lied to about your vehicle, and no one will return your calls. The Crain Commitment is a joke!
