First and foremost, I want to make sure Chris Kopp doesn't get in any trouble at all for this. He was being a car sales rep, that's his job. I'm older and forgetful. I don't know what to do about this. I forgot the reason a salesman can only sell you this new car and not even show you another new car, it's not because of the equity in it, it's because of the bonus the sales rep will get for selling you that particular car instead of another one. Damn. I can only assume it was because of the off white cloth seats. So me, a woman with grandchildren and small dogs has bought her very first brand new car and it has vanilla cloth seats that are a car owners nightmare. I still like Chris and under no circumstances want him to get in any trouble for this and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I'm not mad at Breeden and if you make him suffer for this - then I will be mad at Breeden. I still think he's a wonderful sales rep except for that... but that... that sticks in my craw. That makes me think very seriously about rewriting the reviews I've left everywhere... I haven't yet. I haven't filled out the other kia survey yet. I talked to a detail man and he said my only hope is to get expensive seat covers (the cheap ones look horrible he said) or replace the seats. I am unsure of what to do next. To be fair to everyone I'm telling you my concerns first and letting your input help me determine my next step. Again, Chris Kopp is a damn good sales rep. Only a damn good sales rep could have kept my focus so perfectly directed away from those damned vanilla seats. Do NOT punish him. And I sure hope you will help me with my car seat dilemma so I don't have to say anything unpleasant about you guys to my friends and on the internet. Charles is still the greatest finance man I've ever seen and I still want the sales manager to make that decision we discussed before July 9th. Especially if I'm stuck with these damned vanilla seats.... he better get healthy and live a wonderful long life.

Dear Chris, I apologize for freaking out about the interior of the car. I appreciate you agreeing to scotch guard it (and as you said, I'll bring the scotch guard, glad to) I'm terrified of ruining it without scotch guard and just as terrified I'd ruin it if I did it myself. I went to see my brother and sister in law. I shouldn't have been bragging about what a good deal I got. They 'literally' laughed at the fact I'd bought a car with such a light interior. They've got to own numerous brand new cars. But they didn't get good deals and I guess they felt like they had to take me down a notch or two. And it was true I was too bedazzled with the car for the interior to fully register with me till they mentioned it. I didn't tell them about the spot. I'd already put these thin seat cushions in the car and the dog sheet thingy over the back seat. So I'm really sorry about all of this. And you know what's funny about it though? When the cards said there was a spot of bad luck... it never crossed my mind that they meant a real SPOT. Less than the size of a pencil eraser.
