I was in to have my vehicle serviced and while I was there, I spoke to a salesman about possibly upgrading the something newer. Ruben Lopez and Ricky Nolan were great to work with and I got a new KIA Sp there, I spoke to a salesman about possibly upgrading the something newer. Service after the sale is worst I have ever experienced. Two stars for sales person who was professional Mr. Landon is great. The professionalism stopped there. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the salesman Jeremiah he is amazing and straight forward he should be transferred to Crain Hyundai instead. Probably will never buy a car there again.... Chris Attee is a very aggressive/no tact used car manager. He does not know how to speak to people properly. The first time we purchased a car there he was rude in the way he spoke to me and my husband saying things such as "do you drink bottled water a day" the extra money you spend on that you could put in a car payment. When "questioning my husband and I about not wanting to go over a set budget we had agreed upon as a couple who deal with our finances!!! We let it slide and purchased our Kia Soul which we love because its a great car and we stuck to our budget. Moving to present time a year after we purchased our vehicle, we were called by the dealer saying they could get us a much lower interest rate and a little newer Kia Soul, so my husband and I thought why not go check it out. Big mistake.... once again we were presented with this Chris guy and offered an even higher car payment then questioned when we refused to agree to a higher payment "well how high is your cell phone bill is that more important than you car payment??' Seriously that's none of your business I pay my bills you don't!!!! I am pretty sure since he and the General Manager share the same last name they are related and that's probably why he still works there, I can't see how they would allow someone to work there and talk to people that way otherwise. More
