The salesman called for my information and stated that I wanted a red car. He brushed over the fact I DO NOT like red vehicles as if it weren't important. He even restated that I wanted a red car. It was as if he didn't even hear me. My husband likes red, and we ultimately bought a red one, but I had the feeling my opinion didn't matter enough to acknowledge it. If I were purchasing by myself, I would not have bought it simply because of that dismissal of my opinion as invalid. He could have said, 'We do have what you are looking for, but only in red.' That wouldn't have been dismissing entirely that this was second choice rather than of no importance. More

Steve was great to deal with, he showed us everything we wanted and was very informative. After we made our decision and the deal was done Steve got in the vehicle with us and went over how everything worked, he even paired up my wifes phone to the blue tooth for her. Charles was also great, went over all the finance options. He was very sure the make positive that we got the best deal for our money. There was never any pressure to buy from them and we have made some new friends at Breeden Kia. More

While we signed the papers he made sure that our Kia was washed and that we had a full tank of gas. After the papers were signed he went over the features before we left. He even made sure to let me know about ladies day every Wednesday for when my Kia needs serviced. Chris treated us so well that we took our son there on the following Monday to buy a car. Charles our finance guy was great as well going over all the warranties in detail. More
