My apologies for the much too long wait to get your daughter's ID4 fixed. No excuses, especially for the poor follow up and lack of communication. I will say in the service departments defense, the issue with the ID4 had not been seen by VW prior to the problem with this vehicle. I know there was a lot of back and forth between our service department and VW to see how to take care of the issue. That does not excuse the poor follow up and unrealistic promises made to get the vehicle properly serviced, again I apologize.
