People in the service department helping were great, but the process to get new keys is insanely ridiculous and expensive. Cost me almost $500 to get a key. I like servicing my vehicles at the dealership, however I do not like price gouging. It’s easiest to find small dependable independent shops who will do the same oil change $40-$50.00 cheaper. Make servicing at the dealership feasible and not a money grab and I will continue to use the dealership. Other than price gouging, service is just the same as as where anywhere else. I also went for an oil change only and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes for it to be completed. My time is valuable and making an appointment and waiting that long is ridiculous. More
