Service I am so disappointed I can’t put into words. What I can say is the service “professional” we worked with along with others in service lied so many ti I am so disappointed I can’t put into words. What I can say is the service “professional” we worked with along with others in service lied so many times that my wife refused to speak with ANYONE at crater lake Ford ever again. I then took over. we told them about problems and they WERE NOT taken care of not once, not twice twice but three times, and then I was lied to and my wife caught them in each lie. Picking the car up yesterday 9/12/18 two problem still exist after spending over $1200. We have 2 Ford vehicles and a Mazda all three need replacing but after this service experience and past experiences I’m sorry to say I’m done with Crater Lake ford “.” THREE TIMES YOUR OUT. My warning to other potential customers is 1) WATCH FOR LIES this service department IS NOT truthful “.” 2) They DO NOT LISTEN. They need to remember>>> A SHORT PENCIL IS BETTER THAN A LONG MEMORY. Make sure they write it down or enter it in the computer then YOU verify it was done !! FYI: the one issue left undone poses a safety concern for passengers and I’ve notified Crater Lake ford regarding it. It’s there concern now and their liability. More
