Routine Service I am always pleased with the service my car receives during routine service. Slow Service help, half of desk staff on coffee break Had an appointment, two people at the service desk trying to handle the large influx of customers. Two more agents show up after traffic subsides and Had an appointment, two people at the service desk trying to handle the large influx of customers. Two more agents show up after traffic subsides and I waited to get the truck checked in. The third agent tells me he can't help me because the other guy is my "service agent". Meantime, I have no idea who my service agent is, but I had an appointment, which did not matter. Stop assigning "a service agent" and break up your service desk to Appointments and Non-Appointments. You penalize those that bother to make appointments. Your staff can be replaced by robots because they certainly act like they are--- zero caring or empathy. Purchased this truck used recently from you and supposedly was "inspected" before putting it up for sale. However, the oil was never changed and was dirty, so I imagine, no inspection was performed on this truck before selling it. I have also been told now that the gas tank had a hole in it, which makes me even more suspect of any pre-sale inspection of any type. When I got home, I noticed that I got my truck back from service with a broken rear fender stabilizer bar, nice. Thanks for the memories! More

Had a call within 2 hours with suggested resolution. I was contacted and told my vehicle was ready, I asked and was given the price for repair. Upon arrival the price had increase by $200. Representative stated he had made a mistake when he gave me the total, which was written down, and asked if I would split the difference. Didn't feel I had much of a choice because I was in a hurry when picking up the vehicle. More
