I bought my Ford Transit on June 9, 2025, and as of today I still haven’t received the registration. The person who handles paperwork apparently left the office without telling anyone, and since then no one I still haven’t received the registration. I would strongly caution others before doing business here. I am still driving with expired Temporary Plates, No License Plates still. More

My truck was towed to the dealership on mother’s day Sunday for a transmission issue. On Monday morning, Jessie in service called me to find out my problem. He said it might be toward the end of the wee Sunday for a transmission issue. On Monday morning, Jessie in service called me to find out my problem. He said it might be toward the end of the week before a tech. could diagnose the problem which I was ok with. That afternoon he called back and gave me a diagnose on the transmission problem and also stated that my rear brakes needed replacing which I was aware of. They do a complete check over of the vehicle while in service which I was grateful for. I told them to fix the issue with the trans. and also replace the brakes. Jessie said they might need to order the part and it would be later in the week before the truck was ready. Well, Jessie called me Tuesday morning and said the truck was ready and the total bill was actually less than quoted which was a huge relief. Crescent Ford and Jessie in service has earned my respect and business from now on. Highly recommend!! More
