Pleasant and Professional Sales Staff I visited Crescent Ford in High Point for the first time this afternoon to view and test drive a 2016 Ford F150 XL Supercab that I had seen on Autotra I visited Crescent Ford in High Point for the first time this afternoon to view and test drive a 2016 Ford F150 XL Supercab that I had seen on Autotrader.com and on the dealership website. I spoke on the phone several days ago with a salesperson named Hap. Though he was not working today, he had a gentlemen named Allan Alexander work with me. Allan and Hap are long time employees at this family owned dealership. Allan was very patient in answering all my questions and overcoming my concerns and objections. The sales manager appraised my trade, a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac and offered me a generous credit toward the purchase of the F150. After some negotiation, I was able to purchase the truck at a price that fit my budget. The finance manager was able to beat the (very low) loan interest rate offered by my credit union. The transaction was completed before closing time and I went home with a beautiful certified pre-owned truck! Truly one stop shopping. I cannot recommend this dealership and Allan Alexander highly enough. There were no high pressure sales tactics used. Just old fashioned and honest customer service. More
