Was ready for a fight and didn't get one I have been looking for the right CPO Flex for probably 4 months now. When I saw what I was looking for at Crescent I had to mentally prepare myself for the "Car Buying Battle". The negotiating, be ready to walk away, play the numbers game, etc. I made an appointment with David and drove up from Charlotte. He is a super nice guy and straight forward. I drove the car, told him what I wanted to pay he got it real close and I took it. Wait.... No high pressure games? No juggling numbers? No sales manager to put the screws to me? Nothing. Last time I bought a new car (10 years ago) it took 2 weeks of negotiation. This took 3 hours and most of that was getting all the documents signed. Kim in Finance is a sweetheart too. Very professional and had my finance paperwork ready to go in no time I couldn't be happier with my experience and my new car. More

I have experienced this several times over my life time. The first time I experienced this at Crescent Ford (High Point) was in December of 2011. The first time I came to Crescent Ford was in 2011 the day of the company Christmas Party. Everyone was in a party and festive mood as the day was winding down; however, David Martin walked up to us with a smile displaying an eager concern to determine our need. David's sales experience and passion for his customers lead him to ask important questions that didn't require a yes or no reply. Without knowing he was sizing up our need he was able in a short time to determine our need and our preferences, which could only be accomplished by such a experienced sales person. By early 2012 I leased a 2012 Fusion; a 2014 Fusion in 2013; a 2017 Fusion in December 30, 2016. David found the car that matched our color preference and requested options in a very timely manner. Conducting business with Crescent Ford and David Martin has been three of those gifts that have fallen right into my heart. And, yes I would recommend David Martin and Crescent Ford to all of my friends. It is true...word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Before travelling 65 miles for the car I found at their website, I contacted their BDC manager Hap O'Hair to inquire more details and to schedule my visit for the deal to happen. On the meeting day, I was unexpectedly referred to a different sales agent despite of the prior numerous calls and reminders of the meeting scheduled with their sales manager. I confirmed my strong interest after the test drive and spent a couple of hours for a paper work. I also invested my time afterwards while submitting more data to facilitate financing structure approval. On day 3, I was told that the vehicle is already bought by someone. It is ridiculous, isn't it? They didn't reserve the car while processing my application. I would not mind putting a security deposit if I asked to. And even more, I claimed to pay out 100% cash if no financing is possible. Stay away giving them no chance to play with you! More

I say this not blowing smoke, but rather having respect for David's professionalism....I come from and have over 20 years experience managing auto dealerships retailing 200-400 units per month... David persented his deal, we negotiated a tad, well, he had to call in the heavy weight Sam McCullock "Sales Manager".. And Sam too was a true professional. After working with both David and Sam they were extremly fair on the price of the new vehicle and much more then fair on my trade too. Did I leave a few dollars on the table, in possible dealer cash, perhaps?..... But the bottom line here folks.......... I got the deal THAT I ASKED FOR. dealt with courteous and friendly pros and I am one completely happy and very satisfied customer and I will recommend CRESCENT FORD to anyone I know looking to purchase a new or preowned vehicle. Oops' I almost forgot Kim in the finance department, well once again Kim too was very professional, quick and straightforward in explaining all the paperwork. All in all, this was one very enjoyable transaction.
