Great service I'd like to thank Will Warren and the service team at Crescent Ford for repairing my car on short notice. My wife, son and I were in High Point for a college visit. The traction module gave out on our way there this past Sunday. On Monday morning at 8:30 I showed up at Crescent and told Will we had to leave by 2:30 that afternoon. He said he could take care of things. They shuttled me to where I needed to be and then picked me back up with the car ready to go. They even addressed a recall item. Thank you for your Southern hospitality and making an Ohio Ford customer feel like he was a High Point customer. More

good vehicle at a good price We purchased a Ford Transit Connect. Dave worked with us to get us a very good price and interest rate and gave us good customer service. The car was in great shape and we were very happy. The dealership was honest and forthcoming. We live out of state and wanted to have the vehicle shipped. After the negotiating process was complete, we were told that we MUST come in person from out of state to sign for the vehicle- no mailed papers or electronic signatures would be permitted. Our added travel was a huge added expense of time and money to the cost of the vehicle, as we had to fly in, rent a car to get to the dealership and then drive it home 1,000 miles. But we did it anyways and overall, I'm glad that we did! More

Terrible experience! Never going back EVER! My wife and I went in to Crescent Ford looking to buy a new car. Wes was very rude to me and my wife! Without evening discussing a budget he only wa My wife and I went in to Crescent Ford looking to buy a new car. Wes was very rude to me and my wife! Without evening discussing a budget he only wanted to show us the used inventory when we were very clear we wanted to look at the new trucks. He judged what we could afford based on the color of our skin, we were and still are very offended!!! This is horrible customer service!!! You certainly made us feel unwelcome and we will be sure to let other people know that is how they can expect to be treated if they go to Crescent Ford. It was a terrible experience and we will NEVER be back!!! More
