My experience at Crescent Ford was phenomenal! I walked on the lot just looking for guidance and hoping to get some answers on the New F150s. Jerry was able to make the magic happen and have them swap for something on the Crescent lot. Jerry is very flexible to work a deal over phone calls, texting, and emails without hesitation. I talked to many dealerships that wouldn't do that at all and easily lost my business. The truck was my dream truck and it would not have happened without Jerry and the team at Crescent! My husband and I drove 1.5 hours to buy a car from here. We’ve researched for weeks and this one was looking like it was the one. So I messaged them and were back and fourth with them. So he called me and said I just seen your paperwork and asked what I was looking for. He worked with me and heard what I was telling him. He pushed our papers to a bank AT CLOSING time and got us where we wanted. So we said we’ll make the drive tonight if that’s ok with you. Sam, Austin, and Kim(finance lady) stayed after hours to wait on us so we could buy our car! They were the friendliest salespeople we’ve ever met! When I say they were HONEST people, I mean it. They were straight up honest with us throughout this process. They helped us get things out of our trade vehicle and into the new one!
