We have always purchased Ford Cars. Benny Link has always been great and once again we returned to Benny. We purchased an Explorer on Saturday very quickly. These people went above and beyond my expectations! They made my car buying experience so easy. We went to Winston-Salem, Charlotte, Lexington and Kernersville looking for just the right one and we left di made my car buying experience so easy. He was very good about meeting us at closing time to test drive the vehicle. Sam was easy to negotiate with and sold me the vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. Kim was very nice and acted like someone you had always known. Going above and beyond my expectations, they made me a new key(which I'm sure wasn't cheap), floor mats, and washed, detailed, and touched up my Edge. They even filled it up with gas!!!! I took my vehicle in for service and Crescent Service Dept quickly diagnosed the problem. I decided not to repair the vehicle and Randy in Service contacted David Martin in Sales; David called me with Dept quickly diagnosed the problem. I met with David and chose one of their Certified pre-owned vehicles that afternoon. My husband was out of the country and David got the paperwork together and overnighted it to my husband. The afternoon the paperwork came back from my husband, I was driving my new vehicle (new to me and looks and drives like new). We lost the title to the traded vehicle and David contacted Teas DMV for a replacement title and verified with Ford Credit that there was no lien on the traded vehicle. (This was before we signed the paperwork for the purchase of the new vehicle). David even offered to drive me to pick up a rental car. When I got my new car (David picked me up at my home and drove me back to the dealership; helped me clean out the traded vehicle and had the tech guy sync my phone to the Bluetooth and show me how to operate the system. They have a guy whose primary job is helping clients with tech issues. I have lived all over the country and I have never experienced better customer service anywhere. I never got the impression that anyone I dealt with at Crescent was primarily motivated by money- they were not the least but patronizing. They were very sincere in helping me solve my problems and relieving my anxiety- which was pretty high. I am recommending David and the dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. They are outstanding. More
