During the sales process, I dealt mainly with Kim Cecil. Kim is a "fellow" Thomasville Rotarian and a great example of Crescent Ford's community involvement. She was very courteous, professional, & knowledgeable. I felt comfortable dealing with Kim and her associate, Wes Lipe. Wes extended the same professionalism and knowledge as did Kim. Kim brought in Barry Robinson to educate me in the workings of the computer system. Barry is an excellent teacher. He explained Ford Sync and all its different facets with patience...very appreciated I have enjoyed my experience with the service at Crescent Ford also. More
