This is the second Ford Edge I have purchased from this dealership. I live about 2 hours away and there is a Ford dealership in my hometown, but I find that the people at Crescent Ford in High Point care dealership. They always are willing to go above and beyond to make my experience a great one. I even drive back there to have my car serviced because of the excellent customer service they provide. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership and would recommend anyone to go Crescent Ford in High Point. I am a customer for life there!!!! More

I am so excited about my recent purchase of a 2013 Ford Edge. Every staff member we dealt with was so kind. Sam, I wanted you to know what upset me the most about my last 2 experiences at Crescent Ford. Friday when I called Dave he said give him a few minutes and he would call me back. He called back and said couldn't do anything on the Escape but might on the truck. So I we came down to find out we had just wasted our time. He should have just been up front with me and said I still owed too much on it and not to waste my time. I would have excepted that and worked it out a different way. Dave seemed like he didn't even want to help. When we bought the Escape we got there early and set there for over 8 hours waiting on the car. I was very disapointed in that experience. Sorry it took so long guys just didn't help. More

As soon as this vehicle came onto the lot, David called us and said it was the car for us. We test drove it, and fell in love with it. David is not your typical car salesman. He is not pushy or rude. He listens, and does what you, the customer, wants. I would recommend Crescent Ford and David Martin to anyone in the market for a Ford vehicle. They keep in touch with e-mails, post cards and even phone calls from my salesman, Bob Nordstrom. I often stop by, just to have a chat with Bob over a cup of coffee and I am never made to feel that I'm in the way or not welcome. If I have a question about my any of my vehicles, I can call Bob, and he has often resolved my problem, even without me having to come up to the dealership. Most of the employees there, now know me on sight and always greet me with a pleasant greeting. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to stop in and look around. We had one of the best experience's ever at Crescent Ford. Our salesman David Martin was the best. He ordered Pizza, checked on us several times, cut up with boys. It was great. We were there for a while bc it was busy, but I can say in no way did I feel under pressure or just ready to go. A real family environment. I tell ya, I have never had a better experience with a salesman than with David. He is the Superman of salesman and a very genuine guy. I am normally Krptnoite to salesman, but David survived and put us in a awesome car.My next car will certainly be there. More
