I drove across the state to look at a specific truck. Not only did they have it on the lot (NOT our experience with other dealers...), but it was pulled up right in front. Friendly, easy to deal with, knowledgeable, competent. Service Dept quickly installed a rather obscure option that I needed. And they delivered the truck right to my house, saving me a long drive! Excellent dealership. Jerry Bowen is knowledgeable, straight to the point but patient and cares so much for his clients. There were some issues with the DMV that the finance department had to wade thro straight to the point but patient and cares so much for his clients.
