Great customer service!! Made an appointment online for a test drive of a preowned Ford F250 XLT super duty, I was very nervous because my husband was unable to be there as planed, Jerry was ready and waitin test drive of a preowned Ford F250 XLT super duty, I was very nervous because my husband was unable to be there as planed, Jerry was ready and waiting he talked with me like he already knew me, so I begin to relax and I took the truck for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the history of the previous owner and answered all my question. He ask what I thought about the truck explained the next steps of how to purchase. He was not pushy he said that he would be here If I need him or had any more questions. I left and returned within the hour not sure if I could do this without my husband, he said he would do everything he could and that he has never had a customer to leave his office unhappy, he was right, I had my rental car picked up and drove home in my New Ford F 250 XLT super duty. I highly recommend if your shopping for a new truck or car to go see Jerry at Crescent Ford in High Point NC. More
