Like dining at a fine restaurant, the experience is significantly higher than you’d expect. Everyone I met was nice, polite and accommodating. After had looked at cars at over ten different dealers, I was pretty used to the hard push you get.from some sales people to get you buy. I didn’t get any of this at Crest. Tom, my sales rep was just nice. He answered my questions, and did a nice job of not pushing or making me feel uncomfortable. I feel like I got a very fair deal on a clean, lightly used Passat. I had to bring the car back to have the service department take care of a couple things and that was a treat. The service manager checked on me three times while I waited. They remedied the problems and then washed and vacuumed the car before turning it back over to me. I look forward to working with these folks again in the future. More
