One of the main reasons I keep coming back to CREST CADILLAC over and over again is because of the service agent named Aaron Carpenter. I would never recommend any of my friends to go over here. Drove 2 hours from Chicago to have a creep name Brian Shanhan stare at me from the corner of his eyes. He was the sales manager and was the mos here. Drove 2 hours from Chicago to have a creep name Brian Shanhan stare at me from the corner of his eyes. He was the sales manager and was the most unprofessional, rudest sales man I’ve ever met. We didn’t even get offered water or anything, terrible customer service for a $48k Lexus ... this dealership has no class. Also never returned our emails for the tools we requested. This dealership ghosted us!!! More
