Both service managers I have dealt with in March and now in July have stated one thing and Never followed through on what they state and never follow up on status of my vehicle or order. Communication is non-existent and the customer is left making endless calls to follow-up and obtain the status. Greg Vetrano told me on 6/30/25 that the A/C control would most likely be in on 7/2/25. I received no call on 7/2 and texted Greg to get a status on 7/3 but received no response. I then contacted Crest Cadillac on 7/8, multiple calls later, I was told Greg us on vacation and I was forwarded to Logan. Logan did Not listen to me when I tried to explain that I have not been contacted on the status of my car A/C part. Logan interrupted me by stating “we will give you a call when your car is ready”. I said “what?” My car is not at the dealership and I had to repeat myself again. He then proceeds to interrupt me Again by saying “your part is on backorder” with no apology or explanation for Not listening to me, the Customer. I was advised not to report my experience in March but now I’m reporting and have escalated both incidences! I will NEVER do business with Crest Cadillac, Frisco dealership again. The disrespectfulness shown to the Customer is beyond unacceptable. I have wasted valuable hours from work and personal life to deal with endless communication problems with two service managers. Additionally, Detailed cleaning left a huge stain in my windshield visor and I had to turn around annd have them re-clean after crest Cadillac dealership had my car for 5 days (was told 48 hours when dropped off). I’ve never had an experience like this with any dealership in my life! Seriously, Logan’s incompetency and clearly non-caring attitude validated his lack of customer care highlighted his disrespectful tone on 7/8. This was the icing on the cake! I’m done and taking action accordingly! More
The service department has always been supportive and I’ve taken two of my Cadillacs to Crest. But a rent change where a service fee is added when you checkout because you use a CC is extremely disappoin I’ve taken two of my Cadillacs to Crest.
