My service advisor was called away to take her husband to the ER. The system broke down after that. Having left my car at 7 AM, I heard from no one. Left a message at 2 and when no one had called back by the ER. The system broke down after that. Having left my car at 7 AM, I heard from no one. Left a message at 2 and when no one had called back by 3 just went tot he dealership. Finally got someone to take charge and was out by 5. Their system failed then and me. Certainly not the fault of the original service advisor, but their lack of a backup plan wasted the day. More
