Greg Vetrano was our service advisor and was slow to respond and not forthcoming. It was not the Cadillac luxury experience I would expect when there was a 3% fee to use my credit card. The aftermarket shop who fixed my CTS V (because Cadillac could not) did not charge a fee. I will likely not bring my car back to Crest for any future servicing. We were not given a loaner car and had to use our own Uber to pick it up. More

When I got there, there was an issue with my reservation, however, I was treated as if everything was in working. Met with my service advisor (Logan McPherson) and he got the normal maintenance services sch however, I was treated as if everything was in working. Met with my service advisor (Logan McPherson) and he got the normal maintenance services scheduled and also was able to have an electrical problem repaired. Additionally, he arranged for a ride to take me home and pick me up so that I did not need to stay at the dealership all day. It was all appreciated. More
